Conference proceedings

The information below is only for those who wish to submit a paper for publication

As you know, we are planning a publication of the papers selected by the scientific committee of this conference. This publication will be in English under the format of "Conference Proceedings" by Sciendo (de Gruyter) with assignment of a DOI for the proceedings and for each paper, as well as an ISBN number for the book. This publication will be available in open edition and referenced by DOAB (a service jointly supported by OAEPEN, OpenEdition, CNRS and Aix-Marseille University). If possible, it will also be published in French with the support of francophone organizations.

Contributors wishing to submit a chapter will find below the expected format for writing the chapter in English, to be submitted by June 30 for evaluation. The evaluation will be communicated to them by October 15. Corrections and responses to the reviewers will be due by December 10 (strict deadline for one-time submission to the editor) and must meet bibliographic standards. Chapters that do not meet the standards will not be accepted.

The full text format of the Proceedings of the SFERE/Ampiric 2021 Colloquium is described in the attachment below with the calendar and the e-mail addresses of the axis coordinators receiving your chapter proposals.

Authors can start writing the 8-10 p. now to send it for evaluation.

If you cannot attend the conference, you will still have to pay the registration fee to be published. We will also try to make a FR version of the Proceedings if we find the funding, so you will have to keep a FR version of your texts. The budgets for the FR-EN translations of the texts are the responsibility of the authors.

Timetable Publication of the proceedings

•     Submission of a chapter for the proceedings: June 30, 2021 at the latest August 23, 2021
•     Communication of the evaluation of the proceedings chapters: October 15, 2021.
•     Corrections and responses to reviewers are due December 10, 2021
